About some questions of notarial servicing in agrotowns
Based on article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2004 "About notariate and notarial activities" and Item 11 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. For the purpose of providing rural population, the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs performing activities in the rural zone with notarial services notaries public of offices of notary public (daleegosudarstvenny notaries) perform notarial servicing of the population in agrotowns.
2. For notarial servicing of rural population, the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs performing activities in the rural zone, notaries public leave to the agrotown.
Departure to the agrotown is performed by office of notary public of that area in the territory of which the agrotown is formed.
The agrotown is assigned to certain office of notary public by the order of head department of justice of the relevant regional executive committee (further - justice department).
If in staff of office of notary public more than one notary public work, agrotowns can be assigned to each notary public (the manager of office of notary public, the assistant manager of office of notary public, the senior notary public) the order of the head of office of notary public.
3. Notaries public leave to agrotowns based on requests from the interested persons created by officials of rural, settlement executive committees.
The chairmen (managing affairs) of rural, settlement executive committees report in office of notary public about need of departure of the notary public to the agrotown based on the requests of the interested persons wishing to address for notarial servicing which arrived to it.
