About entering of amendments and changes into some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make additions and changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 5, 2007 No. 148 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for carrying out certification of appraisers and Regulations on procedure for maintaining the state register of appraisers" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 40, 5/24666; 2011, No. 22, 5/33322):

1.1.1. in Regulations on the procedure for carrying out certification of appraisers approved by this resolution:

1.1.1.1. the second Item 10 after words of "rooms" and "property" to add part respectively with words ", parking places" and ", the parcels of land and property rights on them, intellectual property items and property rights on them";

1.1.1.2. state Item 26 in the following edition:

"26. The validity of the certificate can be extended after its termination for three years according to the statement of the appraiser.

In case of the request after January 1, 2014 for prolongation of effective period of the certificate on certification of the appraiser for value assessment of the companies as property complexes, shares in authorized fund of the legal entity, securities and property rights on them the appraiser shall have the existing certificates according to capital structures (buildings, constructions), the isolated rooms, parking places which are not completed by construction of facilities and property rights on them, machines, the equipment, stock, vehicles, materials and property rights on them, other property, the parcels of land and property rights on them, intellectual property items and property rights on them.";
