About entering of amendments and changes into some presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of ensuring social legal guarantees for the military personnel, faces of the private and the commanding structure of the Investigative Committee, law-enforcement bodies, bodies of financial investigations of the State Control Committee, bodies and divisions for emergency situations, judges and public prosecutor's workers I decide:

1. Make additions and changes to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in Regulations on the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 7, 2006 No. 719 "Questions of the central bodies of military management of Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 205, 1/8157):

1.1.1. add Item 7 with subitem 7.471 of the following content:

"7.471. will organize provision of housing for the military personnel;";

1.1.2. add Item 11 with subitem 11.91 of the following content:

"11.91. determines representatives from among the organizations of Armed Forces for implementation of ministerial procedures in the field of housing legal relationship;";

1.2. ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree RB of 13.05.2013 No. 219

1.3. in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 3, 2008 No. 195 "About some social legal guarantees for the military personnel, judges and public prosecutor's workers" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 83, 1/9603; No. 248, 1/10104; 2009, No. 119, 1/10688; 2010, No. 292, 1/12147; 2012, No. 8, 1/13223):

1.3.1. in word preamble of "financial investigations" shall be replaced with words "bodies of financial investigations of the State Control Committee (further - bodies of financial investigations)";
