About the organization of activities of student's groups in the territory of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of realization of the state youth policy in the Republic of Belarus, increases in efficiency of the organization of temporary employment of youth in time, free from study and work:

1. Determine that:

1.1. development of activities of student's groups is the priority direction in education of youth by attraction to socially useful work, acquisition of professional and management skills;

1.2. the student's group is voluntary consolidation of the young citizens receiving general secondary, professional, secondary vocational or higher education and also other categories of the young citizens who showed willingness in free from study and work time to perform labor activity;

1.3. forming of student's groups is performed by the organizations of education, public association "Belarusian republican union of youth" and its organizational structures given the rights of the legal entity (further - OO "BRSM"), other youth public associations (further - the directing organizations) in case of organizational, methodical and financial support of the interested republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, local executive and administrative organs.

Decisions on forming of student's groups are approved by the directing organizations with regional executive committees, the Minsk Gorispolkom in the location of the directing organization, and in case of the organization of work of student's group in the territory of other area (Minsk) - with regional executive committee (The Minsk Gorispolkom) in the place of activities of student's group;
