About modification of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of December 17, 2002 No. 28

"13. Production by legal entities of the Republic of Belarus of the tobacco products intended for realization in the territory of the Republic of Belarus is performed within the quotas established according to the procedure, determined by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.".
2. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication, is temporary and according to part three of article 101 of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus is submited National assembly of the Republic of Belarus.
