About additional measures for strengthening of material and technical resources of bodies of the State Customs Service
In pursuance of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 10, 2011 "About measures for further enhancement and increase in efficiency of activities of bodies of the State Customs Service" and for the purpose of forming of necessary financial resource base for equipment of customs posts the modern special equipment the Cabinet of Ministers decides N PP-1595:
1. Establish procedure according to which the off-budget special fund of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan created according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of July 30, 1997 N 374, is created due to assignment of 40 percent of receipts in the form of customs fees and payments for the rendered services.
2. To provide to the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan strictly target use of means of off-budget special fund, first of all on realization of adopted agenda of actions for strengthening of material and technical resources of bodies of the State Customs Service for 2011 - 2015, first of all on equipment of customs posts with the modern scanning and special equipment allowing to provide complete scope and accounting of the goods moved through customs border.
3. Make changes to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov.
