Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 6, 2006 No. 466 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 8, 2005 No. 580" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 59, 5/22159; 2007, No. 199, 5/25656; 2010, No. 279, 5/32868) following changes:
