About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About insurance activity"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 5, 2002 N 358-II "About insurance activity" (Sheets of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2002, N 4-5, Art. 68; Sheets of chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2006, N 10, Art. 536; 2007, N 9, Art. 415; 2008, N 4, Art. 192, N 12, Art. 635; 2009, N 9, Art. 337; 2010, N 12, Art. 467) following changes and amendments:

Article 3 part one after words of "insurance premiums" to add 1) with the words "and also other means of the insurer";

2) in Article 6-1:

in part one:

word in paragraph nine of "the size of insurance indemnity" shall be replaced with words "the reasons and circumstances of loss occurrence, and also the size of insurance indemnity (insurance sum)";

the eleventh after words of "insurance indemnity" to add the paragraph with words of "(insurance sum)";

in part three:

to add the paragraph of the sixth after words of "insurance indemnity" with words of "(insurance sum)";

word in paragraph ten of "the actuary (the actuarial organization)" shall be replaced with words "the actuarial organization";

3) in Article 8-1:

the word of "(overcautious person)" to exclude parts one from the paragraph of third;

in part three:

third after the word "insurance" to add the paragraph with the word of "(reinsurance)";

in Uzbek to exclude the word "shart" from the paragraph of the fourth text;

add with paragraphs the fifth, sixth and seventh the following content:
