About entering of amendments and changes into the Instruction about procedure for conducting cash transactions and procedure of payments in cash in Belarusian rubles in the territory of the Republic of Belarus

Based on the paragraph of the fourth of Article 26, of paragraphs two, Article 30 and part one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: third

1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for conducting cash transactions and procedure of payments in cash in Belarusian rubles in the territory of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of March 29, 2011 No. 107 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 43, 8/23531), the following amendments and changes:

1.1. third parts one of Item 2 to add the paragraph with words ", and return of the cash which is earlier issued on traveling expenses, the calculations perfromed between legal entities, their separate divisions, individual entrepreneurs and the payments which are part of salary fund";

1.2. add Item 6 with part three of the following content:

"The cash which arrived in cash desks of legal entities, divisions to individual entrepreneurs, private notaries as return of the cash which is earlier cashed check in the servicing banks and issued on traveling expenses the calculations perfromed between legal entities, their separate divisions, individual entrepreneurs and compensation is spent by legal entities, divisions, individual entrepreneurs, private notaries for those purposes on which were cashed check in the servicing banks.";
