Being guided by Item 19 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of ensuring application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of February 1, 2011 "About modification and amendments in the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About public service" in connection with entry into force of the specified Law I decide No. 57-IVQD:

1. Charge to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic within two months:

1.1. prepare and provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic offers on reduction of the existing legal acts to compliance with the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of February 1, 2011 to No. 57-IVQD "About modification and amendments in the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About public service";

1.2. provide approval of regulatory legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic and the relevant central executive bodies of the specified Law and report on it on the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;

1.3. prepare and provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic offers on procedure of benefit of the government employee provided in article 21.1.6 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About public service" in case of liquidation of state bodies or staff reduction in case of employment according to official pay rate and qualification, or when obtaining in state bodies of position, corresponding post;
