1. Bring the following changes in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 27, 2004 No. 470 "About some questions of system of guaranteeing obligation fulfillment according to grain receipts" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2004, No. 19, the Art. 243):

in Rules of creation, functioning and liquidation of funds of guaranteeing obligation fulfillment for grain receipts and participations of the cereal-receiving companies in system of guaranteeing obligation fulfillment for grain receipts approved by the specified resolution:

the fourth Item 2 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"the participant - the cereal-receiving company having the license for the right of implementation of activities for rendering services in warehouse activities with issue of grain receipts with which Fund it is signed and the agreement of participation is effective;";
