2. Add notes to the Common customs tariff of the Customs union with the note 14C) of the following content: "14C) the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied from 01.07.2014 till 30.06.2016 inclusive.".

3. Establish rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Customs union on the landing and helicopter ships docks (FEACN CU code 8906 10 000 1) in the amount of 0% of customs value from July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2016 inclusive.
