About modification of separate decisions of the Commission of the Customs union concerning exemption of import customs duty of separate types of goods

1. Add Item 7 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 with No. 130 "On Single customs and tariff regulation of the Customs union of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation" subitem 7.1.18 of the following content:
"7.1.18. The goods imported on customs area of the Customs union for the purposes of construction in the territory of the Republic of Belarus of the nuclear power plant and its operation during warranty period according to the Inventory imported on customs area of the Customs union for the purposes of construction of nuclear power plant and its operation during warranty period, approved by Council of the Eurasian economic commission.".
2. Add subsection 1.1 of the Section 1 of appendix 7 to the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of September 20, 2010 with No. 378 "About the qualifiers used for filling of customs declarations" by the EXPERT code of the following content:
"Exemption of import customs duty concerning the goods imported on customs area of the Customs union for the purposes of construction in the territory of the Republic of Belarus of the nuclear power plant and its operation during warranty period according to the Inventory imported on customs area of the Customs union for the purposes of construction of nuclear power plant and its operation during warranty period, approved by Council of the Eurasian economic commission.".
