Bring in the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union and the Common customs tariff of the Customs union (appendix 1 to the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 18, 2011 N 850) the following changes:

a) exclude from the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union of subsubline item according to the appendix N 1;

b) include in the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union of subsubline item according to the appendix N 2;

c) establish rates of import customs duties according to the appendix N 3.
