About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 20, 2000 No. 354

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 20, 2000 No. 354 "About procedure for expense recovery, the military personnel connected with transportation, citizens discharged from military service and members of their families, and also their personal property" (The Russian Federation Code, 2000, No. 17, Art. 1883; 2004, No. 51, Art. 5189; 2008, No. 49, Art. 5842; 2011, No. 21, Art. 2975).

2. This resolution extends to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2012, and concerning persons specified regarding the 4th article 12 of the Federal Law "About modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation and recognition voided separate provisions of legal acts of the Russian Federation in connection with adoption of the Federal Law "About Cash Allowance of the Military Personnel and Provision of Separate Payments by It" and the Federal Law "About Social Guarantees to the Staff of Law-enforcement Bodies of the Russian Federation and Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation", is applied since January 1, 2013.
