Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of pre-judicial consideration of the disputes connected with establishment and use of the prices (rates) regulated according to the Federal Law "About Natural Monopolies", approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 12, 2007 No. 669 (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, No. 43, Art. 5197; 2009, No. 44, Art. 5242; 2010, No. 31, Art. 4248).

Changes which are made to Rules of pre-judicial consideration of the disputes connected with establishment and use of the prices (rates) regulated according to the Federal Law "about natural monopolies"

"5. For the purposes of consideration of dispute the documents certified by the applicant containing proofs confirmatory, according to the applicant, circumstances on which it bases the requirements are enclosed to the application.

The applicant has the right to provide on own initiative the copies certified by him:

the payment document confirming payment of the stipulated by the legislation Russian Federation about taxes and fees of the state fee for decision making in pre-judicial procedure on the disputes connected with establishment and use of regulated prices (rates) in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation about natural monopolies;
