About entering of amendment into the Tax code of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1. Bring in the Tax code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2008, No. 8, the Art. 922) the following amendment:
add Article 343 with Item 9 of the following content:
"9) the earth of liturgical objects of the religious organizations registered according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Liturgical objects - real estate of religious institutions is direct for making of ceremonies, prayers for the purpose of joint confession and distribution of belief".
Article 2. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
Article 3. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
