According to article 11 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About precious metals and gemstones", for the purpose of increase in receipt of customs payments when importing jewelry from precious metals and support of subjects of entrepreneurship of the Kyrgyz Republic the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Temporarily, till December 31, 2012 to exempt subjects of entrepreneurship from the procedure of approbation and branding of jewelry from the precious metals imported to the Kyrgyz Republic, in the presence on them brands of the countries manufacturers, the quality certificate, customs declaration and provision of 5 percent of products from each batch in Department of precious metals under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic for conducting selective assay expert appraisal.
2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic to take adequate measures on execution of this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective after thirty days from the date of official publication.
