About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2007 No. 10, the Art. 89) the following changes:

1) in the paragraph the seventeenth Articles 5, Article parts six 8, parts one, third and fourth Article 11, parts one and the second Article 26, paragraph one of Article 32, parts one of Article 33 of the word "legal entity" in all cases and numbers shall be replaced with words "the subject of managing" in the corresponding case and number;

2) in Article 7:

in word part three "legal entities of all patterns of ownership" shall be replaced with words "subjects of managing";

absence at the subject of managing of conditions for safety of activities for the address of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors, accounting and safety of the drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors determined by body of licensing;
