According to Item "About the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine" and for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for test of decisions on cases on violation of the law on protection of the economic competition the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine DECIDED: 11 parts three of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine
1. Approve Changes in Rules of consideration of the applications and cases on violation of the law on protection of the economic competition (Rules of hearing of cases) approved by the order of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine of April 19, 1994 No. 5 (in edition of the order of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine of June 29, 1998 No. 169-r) (with changes), registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 06, 1994 for No. 90/299, which are attached.
2. Provide to legal department this order on state registration in accordance with the established procedure.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
