Procedure for collection of collection and use of funds for development of wine growing, gardening and hop-growing
1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of collection of collection on development of wine growing, gardening and hop-growing (further - collection) and uses of means which arrived from collection collection according to the procedure and the size, established by the Law of Ukraine "About collection on development of wine growing, gardening and hop-growing", in special fund of the government budget for the "State Support of Development of Hop-growing, Laying of Young Gardens, Vineyards and Berry-pickers and Supervision of Them" program (further - budgetary funds).
2. Payers of collection independently calculate its amount which is specified in calculation for the form approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance.
Payers of collection give monthly within 20 calendar days which come behind the last calendar day of month under report, the specified calculation to body of the State Tax Service for the place of stay on tax accounting. The collection amount specified in calculation, the payer of collection shall pay within ten calendar days which come behind the last day of deadline of representation of calculation.
