Based on part three of Article 8 and part one of article 30 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2011 "About the republican budget for 2012", "About the republican budget for 2013" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts two of Article 8 and paragraph two of article 28 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 26, 2012
1. Establish for 2012-2013 the list of the actions for environmental protection financed by means republican and local budgets according to appendix.
2. Suspend on 2012-2013 the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 10, 2011 No. 26 "About establishment of the list of actions for environmental protection and reproduction of the natural resources financed by means of the state trust budget funds of conservation" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 7, 5/33151).
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2012.
