1. In this Law terms are used in such value:

2) tender - competitive method of sale of blocks of shares of banks on which the winner the participant of sale who offered the highest price in the course of the open offer of the price and undertook the obligation to satisfy the fixed tender conditions is recognized;

3) blocks of shares of banks - share fraction in undocumented form in the authorized capital of banks which is considered on the account in securities at the keeper;

4) buyers are winners of tender who signed purchase and sale agreements of blocks of shares of bank and paid for the blocks of shares of banks of means acquired by them in the Government budget of Ukraine;
