Some questions of activities of Public service of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and development of entrepreneurship

1. Ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 20.06.2019 No. 419/2019.

2. Make such changes to presidential decrees of Ukraine:

1) in Item 6-1 of the Section IV of the Scheme of the organization and interaction of the central executive bodies approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of December 9, 2010 No. 1085 "About optimization of system of the central executive bodies" (with the changes made by Decrees of April 6, 2011 No. 370, of June 30, 2011 No. 717, of July 8, 2011 No. 742, of December 19, 2011 No. 1168, of January 19, 2012 No. 19, of February 14, 2012 No. 85 and of February 22, 2012 No. 134) "Public service of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and development of entrepreneurship" to exclude the paragraph;

2) Ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 20.06.2019 No. 419/2019.

3. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in a month:

resolve issue of material logistics of activities of Public service of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and development of entrepreneurship;

bring the decisions into accord with this Decree.

4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its publication.
