5. To Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic to place GP "It Is Scarlet — Kurulush LLP" in the office building to the address in a month: city of Bishkek, Prospekt Manasa, 28.

6. To the state agency on construction and regional development under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Public registration service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- together with local public administrations and from the consent of the local kenesh to determine the list of the lands provided under construction engineering construction in all settlements;

- constitute the Register of the specified lands and introduce the corresponding draft decision of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.
