1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 5, 2007 N 145 "About procedure for the organization and conducting state examination of the project documentation and results of engineering researches" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, N 11, by Art. 1336; 2008, N 2, Art. 95; N 8, of Art. 744; N 47, of Art. 5481; 2011, N 40, Art. 5553).

2. To the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation to approve procedure for appeal of experimental testimonies of the project documentation and (or) results of engineering researches in commission of experts of the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation, including procedure for consideration by said commission of appeals of builders or technical customers.
