About introduction of amendments and changes in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 27, 2007 No. 667

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 27, 2007 No. 667 "About withdrawal and provision of the parcels of land" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 6, 1/9264; 2009, No. 41, 1/10450; 2011, No. 109, 1/12955) following amendments and change:

1.1. in Regulations on the procedure for withdrawal and provision of the parcels of land approved by this Decree:

in part one of subitem 18.4 of Item 18:

after the paragraph of the eighth to add part with paragraphs of the following content:

"The Ministries of Defence - in case of approval of the location of the parcel of land for construction and (or) servicing of capital structures (buildings, constructions) which operation can exert impact on radio-electronic means of Armed Forces irrespective of their removal from the corresponding military facilities, and also for construction and (or) servicing of other capital structures (buildings, constructions) on the parcels of land adjacent to the places of permanent deployment (military camps) of bodies of military management (connections, military units, divisions), to airfields (helicopter airfields), line items (areas of placement) of antiaircraft rocket troops (radio engineering troops), divisions of radio engineering investigation and radio-electronic fight, arsenals (bases, warehouses) different military, to aviation, general polygons, tank training areas, autodromes and ways of promotion of troops on them;

The Ministry of Culture - in case of approval of the location of the parcel of land in the territory of immovable material historical and cultural values and in zones of their protection;";
