1. Bring in Regulations on payment of compulsory insurance premiums, fees on the professional pension insurance and other payments in Social Security Fund of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 16, 2009 No. 40 "About Social Security Fund of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 17, 1/10419; 2011, No. 108, 1/12953), following changes:

1.1. state Item 3 in the following edition:

"3. Banks within one working day from the date of opening (closing) to payers of the current (settlement) accounts shall send to body of Fund the message on their opening (closing).";

1.2. the first offer of Item 19 to state in the following edition:

"19. Collection of shortage together with the added amounts of penalty fee is made from the current (settlement) accounts of legal entities, their representations and branches (including foreign legal entities), individual entrepreneurs.";

1.3. in Item 20 of the word "on currency accounts" shall be replaced with words "on the current (settlement) accounts";
