About measures for development of transportations of passengers by railway transport public

For the purpose of creation of conditions for further development of transportations of passengers by railway transport public:

1. Determine that:

1.1. transportations of passengers and baggage by railway transport public are performed in the following types of messages:

city (city lines) - transportations in city boundaries of Minsk, the regional center and out of their limits, but not further the first railway station located behind the satellite town;

regional (regional lines) - transportations within administrative borders of area and out of its limits to railway stations (stopping points) located in the closest city of regional subordination of adjacent area, but not further its regional center;

interregional (interregional lines) - transportations between the city of Minsk and the regional centers, between the regional centers;

international (the international lines) - transportations between the Republic of Belarus and other states;

commercial (commercial lines) - the transportations which are carried out along routes, the determined customer (legal entity or physical person) on contractual conditions;

1.2. regional and interregional lines are subdivided into business class and economy class depending on the speed of train service and stops in settlements;

1.3. rates for transportation of passengers and baggage by railway transport public are determined:

to city lines - for one trip within one tariff belt;

to regional and interregional lines - differentially depending on distance of transit of passengers, line class (business class, economy class), like railway vehicles;

to the international lines - according to international treaties of the Republic of Belarus;

to commercial lines - according to the signed agreements, but not below the cost level for transport works and services, except for military and other transportations for the state needs.
