Article 1

The parties shall keep on mutually advantageous basis the developed production and scientific and technical cooperation between the companies of defense industries in the field of development, production of military products and products of economic appointment, rendering military services, and also cooperation in case of supply activity of materials, semifinished products, components necessary for this purpose, educational and auxiliary property.

Article 2

The parties agreed that the cooperated supply of materials, semifinished products, components, educational and auxiliary property, service of technological and scientific and technical nature is performed according to the legislation of the Parties and on the basis of the contracts signed by business entities of the Parties.

Article 3

Mutual delivery between the Russian Federation and the Azerbaijan Republic of the materials, semifinished products, components and other material resources necessary for production of arms and military equipment within the developed cooperation bonds, is performed according to the approved lists.

The specified lists containing lists of the companies, and also the nomenclature and amounts of products are annually approved by the State committee of the Russian Federation on defense industries and the State committee of the Azerbaijan Republic on special mechanical engineering and conversion.

Procedure for settlement between the companies of the Russian Federation and the Azerbaijan Republic will be determined by the existing intergovernmental agreements and the legislation of the Parties.
