The government of Ukraine and the Government of the Russian Federation which are hereinafter referred to as by the Parties, recognizing importance of maintenance of bilateral contacts in the field of creation and production of ship gas turbine engines and their converting for the national economy of both states,
agreed as follows:
The parties will keep and will enhance cooperation to develop cooperation between the companies of Ukraine and the Russian Federation in the field of development, production, repair and operation of ship gas turbine engines and installations and their converting for the national economy.
The parties charge to military representative offices of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine and the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation to perform at the companies product acceptance of military and technical appointment for the companies of ship gas-turbine construction what to go for mutual deliveries, agrees the existing technical and regulating documentation.
The parties will take necessary measures for ensuring mutual deliveries by the companies of ship gas-turbine construction of Ukraine and the Russian Federation of finished goods, operational and repair documentation, equipment sets for repair, implementation of guarantee maintenance, refining of documentation on contracts between the companies and customers, and also normative and technical acts of the being USSR before the termination of terms of their action, and will provide transfer of design-technology documentation according to the signed development agreements.
The parties will promote that the companies of Ukraine and the Russian Federation uninterruptedly performed material logistics of the companies of ship gas-turbine construction of Ukraine and the Russian Federation materials, the procurements, components necessary for their productive activity, on the basis of the existing economic bonds and under agreements of business entities.
