The government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan which are hereinafter referred to as by the Parties for the purpose of providing favorable conditions for economic, production and sci-tech cooperation of the companies and organizations of defense industries of the Parties, agreed as follows:
The parties shall keep on mutually advantageous basis the developed production and scientific and technical cooperation between the companies of defense industries in the field of development, productions of military products and products of economic appointment, rendering military services, and also cooperation in case of supply activity of materials, semifinished products, components necessary for this purpose, educational and auxiliary property.
The parties agreed that cooperative supply of materials, semifinished products, components, educational and auxiliary property, service of technological and scientific and technical nature is performed according to the legislation of the Parties and on the basis of the contracts signed by business entities of the Parties.
Mutual delivery between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Uzbekistan of the materials, semifinished products, components and other material resources necessary for the arms production and military equipment within the developed cooperative bonds, is performed according to the approved lists. The specified lists containing lists of the companies performing deliveries, and also the nomenclature and amounts of products are annually approved by the State committee of the Russian Federation on defense industries and the State committee on forecasting and statistics of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The procedure for settlement between the companies of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Uzbekistan is determined by the existing intergovernmental agreements and the legislation of the Parties.
