The assets and property of Bank which are in the territory of the Republic of Moldova irrespective of their holders, are immune to search, requisition, confiscation, expropriation and other form of withdrawal or alienation based on executive or legislative decisions.

Article 4. Line item of Bank concerning legal procedure

The assets and property of Bank which are in the territory of the Republic of Moldova irrespective of their holders, are immune to confiscation, arrest and other forms of withdrawal before pronouncement of the final judgment concerning Bank.

Article 5. Immunity of archives

The archives of Bank and all documents belonging to it, or documents which holder he is are inviolable.

Article 6. Freedom of assets and property from restrictions

Assets and property of Bank are free from any restrictions, instructions, control and the moratorium in the limits necessary for goal achievement and accomplishment of functions of Bank, and taking into account provisions of the Agreement on organization of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
