Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of January 10, 2006 N 16-FZ "About the Special economic zone in the Kaliningrad region and about modification of some legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, N 3, Art. 280; 2007, N 45, Art. 5417; 2011, N 27, Art. 3880; N 50, of the Art. 7351) following changes:

1) in Article 3:

2) in Article 4:
