on cultural haymakings content of weeds in structure of herbage exceeds 30 percent of the area of the parcel of land;

forest coverage and (or) zakustarennost makes over 15 percent of the area of the parcel of land on ploughland;

forest coverage and (or) zakustarennost on other types of agricultural holdings makes over 30 percent;
