About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2012"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2012" the following changes:

1. In Article 1:

in part one of figure "332.821.347,3", "288.177.480,1" and "44.643.867,"" to replace respectively with figures "366.621.071,1", "317.407.913" and "49.213.158,1";

in part two of figure "358.010.376,4", "312.774.237,9" and "45.236.138,5" to replace respectively with figures "391.810.100,2", "342.004.670,8" and "49.805.429,4".

2. In Article 4:

in Item 10 of figure "80" to replace with figures "70";

add with Items 34-38 of the following content:

"34) receipts from payment of the tax debt including restructured or spread (delayed), the companies of electrical power and coal industries for the income tax and the added tax amounts on profit of the companies of electric power industry which resulted from accomplishment of article 23 of this Law;

35) receipts from payment of the tax debt including restructured or spread (delayed) the companies of electrical power and coal industries for the value added tax;

36) receipts from payment of the tax debt including restructured or spread (delayed) the companies of coal industry for payment for use of natural resources for mining of nation-wide value;

37) receipts from payment of the tax debt including restructured or spread (delayed) the companies of electrical power and coal industries for payment of part of profit (income) and the dividends (income) added on the share (shares, shares) of economic societies in which authorized capital there is state-owned property;

38) receipts from payment of the dividends (income) added on the share (shares, shares) by results of financial economic activity for 2011 of public joint stock company "National joint stock company "Neftegaz of Ukraine".
