About approval of the Instruction on the organization of guard duty in the Armed Forces of Ukraine
According to the Charter of garrison and guard services of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the subitem 47 of item 4 of the Regulations on the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 06, 2011 No. 406, I ORDER:
1. Approve the Instruction on the organization of guard duty in the Armed Forces of Ukraine which is attached.
2. Repeal the order of the Minister of Defence of Ukraine of April 18, 2000 No. 105 "About approval of the Instruction about the organization of guard duty in the Armed Forces of Ukraine".
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. Distribute the order in separate military unit.

1.1. This Instruction determines procedure for the organization of guard duty in bodies of military management, connections, military units, military educational institutions and organizations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (further - military units), and shall provide unity of the principles and methods of work of commanders, commanders (chiefs) and headquarters of all levels, concerning control over the implementation of the tasks assigned to guard duty.
