About approval of obligatory minimum range (socially oriented) medicines and products of medical appointment for pharmaceutical institutions
According to subitem 8.6 of the subitem 8 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 13, 2011 No. 467, and for the purpose of the guaranteed minimum level of medicamentous providing the population I ORDER:
1. Approve the obligatory minimum range (socially oriented) medicines and products of medical appointment for pharmaceutical institutions which is applied.
2. Determine that requirements of this order do not extend to pharmaceutical booths and pharmaceutical warehouses (bases), which:
are engaged in exclusively wholesale trade in medical gases, or medicines in the form of substance, or export of medicines;
have the license for production of medicines;
are official and/or exclusive manufacturer representatives of medicines and/or are owners of registration certificates of medicines and are engaged in realization of medicines only of such producers.
3. To provide to the Minister of Health of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, chiefs of head departments (managements) of health care of the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations accomplishment of this order.
4. To public service of Ukraine on medicinal means to provide implementation in pharmaceutical institutions of monitoring of availability of medicines and products of medical appointment which are included in this obligatory minimum range (socially oriented) medicines and products of medical appointment for pharmaceutical institutions.
5. Consider invalid:
the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of November 25, 2004 No. 569 "About approval of obligatory minimum range of medicines for drugstores", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 03, 2004 for No. 1537/10136;
the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of November 01, 2010 No. 933 "About approval of the Obligatory minimum range of medicines and products of medical appointment for drugstores and pharmaceutical Items for threat of flu epidemic", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 17, 2010 for No. 1142/18437.
6. To provide to management of development of the pharmaceutical sector of industry of health care submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
7. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister Moiseenko R. O.
8. This order becomes effective in 10 days after it official publication.
