1. Approve the enclosed Rules of crediting of regional budgets, budgets of the cities of Astana and Almaty on carrying out repair of common property of objects of condominium for 2012.

2. To provide to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) the conclusion of credit agreements with local executive bodies of areas, cities of Astana and Almaty;

2) control over the implementation of conditions of credit agreements.

3. To provide to the agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for construction and housing and communal services in the procedure established by the legislation control and monitoring of target and effective use, repayment and servicing of budget credits.

4. To local executive bodies of areas, cities of Astana and Almaty quarterly, no later than the 10th following the accounting period to provide information on development of the credits in the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for construction and housing and communal services and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for construction and housing and communal services.

6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
