Rules of subsidizing of rate of remuneration on the credits issued on support of agricultural industry

1. General provisions

1. These rules of subsidizing of rate of remuneration on the credits issued on support of agricultural industry (further - Rules), are developed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 24, 2011 "About the republican budget for 2012 - 2014" and determine procedure for provision of subsidies from the republican budget for compensation of part of costs of borrowers for payment of remuneration by the credits (leasing) within the budget program 039 "Compensation of rate of remuneration on the credits for support of agricultural industry" for 2012.

2. In these rules the following concepts and determinations are used:

1) administrator of the budget program - Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) financial institutions - the banks of the second level, credit institutions having the corresponding license for the right of implementation of banking activity, leasing companies;
