1. These rules of carrying out survey of places of cabins on sites of the state forest fund (further - Rules) are developed according to the Forest code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 8, 2003 and establish single procedure for carrying out survey of places of cabins of wood on sites of the state forest fund.
2. The state forest owners (further - forest owners) after completion of works on wood procurement, for the purpose of detection of completeness and correctness of development of cutting areas, and also identification of the remained nedorub, not exported wood and the hanged trees when implementing procurement of wood carry out survey of places of cabins on sites of the state forest fund.
3. All places of cabins where the term of procurement and removal specified in allowing documents (logging tickets) ended are subject to survey.
By provision of delays on procurement and removal of wood after the term of these delays repeated survey is carried out.
