About measures for enhancement of regulation of foreign trade activity

studying of foreign experience and preparation of offers on further enhancement of measures of tariff regulation of foreign economic activity, establishment and change of rates of customs duties and charges;

preparation of offers on modification and amendments in the commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity (Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity) of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

development of recommendations about application of measures of non-tariff regulation for the goods moved through customs border of the republic;

carrying out the analysis and introduction of offers on change and amendment of the operating system of the customs tariff privileges and preferences.

4. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 06.06.2018 No. 427

The import contracts signed and registered in authorized bodies of the Republic of Uzbekistan till March 1, 2001 and on which delivery of goods and/or payments are already made are performed according to earlier established procedure.
