About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About consumer protection"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 9, 2002 "About consumer protection" in edition of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 8, 2008 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 10, 2/839; 2008, No. 170, 2/1463) following changes and amendment:
1. In Article 1:
the thirteenth to exclude the paragraph;
to consider paragraphs of the fourteenth-twenty second respectively paragraphs the thirteenth-twenty first.
2. In Article 6 of the word "training programs of educational institutions" shall be replaced with words "educational and program documentation of educational programs of general secondary, vocational education".
3. In part one of Item 6 of Article 20 of the word "the location or the place" shall be replaced with words "in case of the location or the place".
4. In Item 6 of Article 21 of the word "about the location or the place" shall be replaced with words "in case of the location or the place".
5. To exclude from Article 41 of the word "and control of compliance with law about consumer protection".
6. In Item 1 of Article 42:
in subitem 1.6 of the word "about cancellation of corresponding" shall be replaced with words "about cancellation";
state subitem 1.7 in the following edition:
"1.7. exercises control in the field of consumer protection;".
7. In Article 43:
state paragraph two in the following edition:
"consider addresses of consumers according to the legislation on addresses of citizens and legal entities;";
word in paragraph four", exercising the state control of goods quality (works, services)" shall be replaced with words "according to their competence".
8. To state subitem 1.6 of Item 1 of Article 47 in the following edition:
