About entering of amendments and changes into some laws of the Republic of Belarus concerning public service

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 14, 2003 "About public service in the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2003, No. 70, 2/953) the following amendments:

1. To add subitem 1.9 of Item 1 of Article 21 after the word of "citizens" with words ", including individual entrepreneurs,".

2. To add subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of Article 40 with words ", except for case, stipulated in Item 4 articles 41 of this Law".

3. In Article 41:

Article 2. Bring in the Code of the Republic of Belarus about judicial system and the status of judges of June 29, 2006 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 107, 2/1236) the following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 94:

word part two in paragraph three", except the judge of judicial board for intellectual property of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus," shall be replaced with words "(except as specified, established by part three of this Article)";
