Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 4, 1998 "About the status of the deputy of the House of Representatives, the member of council of the Republic of National assembly of the Republic of Belarus" (Vedamastsi Natsyyanalnaga to descent of Respubliki Belarus, 1998, No. 35, Art. 516; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 15, 2/1658) following amendments and changes:
1. In Article 6:
after part six to add Article with parts of the following content:
"The deputy of the House of Representatives, the member of council of the Republic has no right to get from foreign states the documents granting the rights to privileges and benefits in connection with political, religious views or national identity, and equally to take such privileges and advantages if other does not follow from international treaties of the Republic of Belarus.
The deputy of the House of Representatives, member of council of the Republic having the documents specified in part seven of this Article shall transfer them for the period of implementation of the powers to personnel service according to the Secretariat of the House of Representatives, the Secretariat of Council of the Republic.";
the seventh and eighth to consider parts respectively parts nine and the tenth;
in part nine to replace the word "sixth" with the word "eighth".
2. In Article 8:
