1. Make changes and additions to some regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning release registration, and also placement, the address and cancellation of issued securities according to appendix to this resolution.

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 25, 2003 No. 251 "About prudential standard rates for the financial agency and procedure for loss of the status of the financial agency" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 2449);

2) Item 3 appendices to the resolution of Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations of September 3, 2010 No. 131 "About modification and amendments in some regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning regulation and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 6554).

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
