1. Reorganize the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The state aviation center" of Committee of civil aviation of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan by transformation to Aviation Training Center limited liability partnership (further - partnership) with absolute share of the state in the authorized capital.
2. Determine the main object of activity of partnership implementation of production economic activity in the field of education by preparation, retraining and maintenance of professional level of aviation personnel in scope of light and extralight aircrafts for civil and state aviation.
3. To provide to committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) approval of the charter of partnership;
2) state registration of partnership in judicial authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) transfer of share of the state in the authorized capital in ownership and use to the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
4) acceptance of other measures following from this resolution.
4. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
