1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 28, 2004 No. 1118 "Questions of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2004, No. 41, the Art. 530) the following changes:

in Regulations on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

"11. The ministry according to the current legislation and tasks assigned to it performs the following functions:

1) representation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the intercourses with foreign states and the international organizations;

2) strategy implementation of international policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) organization of negotiation and conclusion of international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) preparation of offers on the conclusion, accomplishment, change, suspension and cancellation of international treaties, their introduction in accordance with the established procedure for consideration of the President or the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

5) representation in accordance with the established procedure to the President, Parliament and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of offers and recommendations about questions of the relations of the Republic of Kazakhstan with foreign states and international organizations;

6) ensuring participation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in activities of the international organizations, conferences, meetings, forums, assistance to increase in role of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as member of the international community, in the solution of global and regional problems;
