About modification and amendments in "Regulations on procedure for carrying out records in personal accounts of taxpayers and report layouts on the tax liabilities, including shortages", approved by the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 103 of December 9, 2005

For the purpose of improvement of method of reflection of information on repayment of debts by the companies in the course of insolvency I ORDER:

1. In regulations on procedure for carrying out records in personal accounts of taxpayers and report layouts on the tax liabilities, including shortages, appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 103 of December 9, 2005 "About regulation of records in personal accounts of taxpayers" (it is published in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova No. 79-82/278 of May 26, 2006) to make the following changes and additions:

1) Item of 94 litas. b) the second hyphen to state in the following edition:

"-information on repayment of debts by the companies which are in process of insolvency (appendix No. 11 to the Provision).".

2) Item of 95 litas. i) state in the following edition:

"i) summarized information on repayment of debts by the companies which are in process of insolvency (appendix No. 21 to the Provision). Creation term - to the 25th following directly reporting quarter;".

Appendix No. 11 to the Provision to change 3) according to appendix No. 1 to this order.

Appendix No. 21 to the Provision to change 4) according to appendix No. 2 to this order.

2. Publish this order in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.
