About mobilization preparation and mobilization
This Law governs the public relations in the field of mobilization preparation and mobilization in the Republic of Tajikistan, establishes the basic principles, procedure, powers, obligations and responsibility of state bodies, self-government institutions of settlements and villages, the organizations, irrespective of form of business, officials and citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan in this area.
In this Law the following basic concepts are used:

- mobilization preparation - complex of the events held in peace time and directed to steady government in wartime, organized transfer of industries of national economy into ensuring needs of Armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan, other military and special forming, the populations the armed protection and defense of the country, ensuring functioning of administrative and territorial units and the organizations during mobilization, warlike situation and in wartime;
- authorized body in the field of mobilization preparation and mobilization - the state body performing forming of state policy in the field of mobilization preparation and mobilization;
- mobilization capacities - the floor spaces, processing equipment, technical and other documentation intended for accomplishment of mobilization orders;
